Product Description
This cajon drum reverberates with the rhythms of Andean traditions. Benito Tito carves the drum from cedar and includes a colorful fabric carrying case. Literally meaning box the cajon is hollow and features a hole on one side. The cajon is now recognized as a part of Peru's cultural patrimony. The characteristic pitch of cajon drum is dependent upon the reverberation of two nylon strings inside the front panel known as bordoneras.
