Part of the Remo Kid's Percussion Collection, the kid's djembe is specifically designed for smaller hands without sacrificing quality. The Acousticon shell is manufactured from recycled hardwood fibers and is unaffected by climatic changes; the Fiberskyn 3 head gives an outstanding authentic ethnic drum sound. The Djembe, originally from West Africa, has 3 distinct tones. A deep bass tone is produced when striking the center of the drumhead, mid tone played just off center, rim shot or high tone played with fingers on edge of the drumhead.
